However, there are substantial costs in engineering, drawing, testing, and soft costs associated with subdividing that I feel are necessary steps to get anyone to finance the project. 

The RTA likely will have other nice features to boot: dove tail joints on drawers, soft close drawers, soft close hinge on cabinet doors. 

@Ruel K. the SmartMove product works really well if you are only running a few screenings per year as it doesn't require you to have a home inspection as it is considered a "soft" check on the applicant's credit.  

I went to business school and learned technical stuff (accounting) but I feel like if I was a broker while going to school I would have learned all the soft skills I never learned as an accountant such as negotiation, networking, etc.
