Well I had a leap of faith & got a pre-approval on an investment property loan with out any down payment, this is one giant leap right!

Wondering if I should go with a projector or a giant flat screen.

The existing broken and unfair policy is throwing a GIANT wrench into the market place that will cause landlords and tenants alike to both lose.It's not unreasonable to expect foreclosures if landlords can't collect rent and have no recourse to correct. 

LIke I said above what sets these apart and what Alex does in the TK industry is a definite step and or giant leap above what anyone else that I have done business for that last 20 years does ( as it relate's to the rehab) And of course when you have the Bones like has to start with you end up with a property that would cost well over 500k to replace from ground up.that's my personal take on it all.

Including giant swaths of there books being taken and transferred to a "servicer" of capacity. 

Then, that winter, the steam heat system froze, and we got a call from a neighbor about a giant icicle hanging off the back of the house.

You remind me of the guys who go hunting with the giant 10,000+ candle power halogen spotlights that when stopped say something like there not shining the deer, there just illuminating a path for the bullet.... 

With that said you probably have less head ache buying google, Microsoft and other tech giants. they consistently have return on equity in the 15-20%

What about looking at a giant tree limb that's waiting to fall on your house, tenants don't think to report that-- but if you see it and catch it ahead of time, you'll be significantly better off.
