Can you recommend a trustworthy general contractor that works in these areas?

Can't imagine you'll have property managers eager to pick up rent....With that said, if you are serious about this property, you need to find a property manager willing to work the area who will be active, present and trustworthy.

I am looking for advice on property management companies who can provide me good rental information and trust worthy contractors in Delaware who can fix any issues.  

Also, if there is any way that you could get your name put on someone else's credit card who has good credit and is trustworthy like a parent during that six months, it would show that you are creditworthy because it would show on your credit report, even if you don't pay the bill.

Is it usual or unusual that you sign up with one trustworthy person (maybe find on BP based on people's feedback?)

If you have a virtual bookkeeper (which is cheaper than hiring one) you can track everything if you're worried about them being trustworthy.
