I already know when going into a place that if it smells like candles, febreeze or ozone, that there is probably weed, cigarettes, or pets that was there before.

I have NEVER seen a bank foreclose on a perfuming note on a residential home.

Don't put perfume on a pig and say it smell good.  

@Allen Felker,Also, be willing to lend a hand up.I've always liked the idea that a lit candle can light a thousand more and its flame never be diminished.

If you don't, then you might be burning the candle at both ends.I started school the last week of October this year and am already half way through it a little less than a month later.

We thought that by badgering owners to address deferred maintenance, improve landscaping, etc the rising tide would raise all ships.Our efforts didn't hurt, but they didn't hold a candle to young owner occupants moving to the area and getting engaged.  

No need for electricity (we do not plan on living there..just visiting now and then...we could use a generator or candles until we were to get serious).Dirt roads.

Otherwise you are going to get the big candle between your buttocks.

I was very embarrassed, because no matter how many candles I had the smell was just not going away by this time I was getting bad headaches every day coughing sleeping all the time to the point where I went for full time at work to part-time work I saw when it rained in the porch where it was screened in right by the front door.

I had burned the candle at both ends for so long, there wasn’t much left in the middle.
