Tenants do not always inform managers/owners of problems (alot don't like to be disturbed and thus will not report what they think a minor problems).

Is there a way to define and agree upon "loud days" so that the discount applies only when the work is an actual disturbance?

I've got a lot of people driving in looking for MH/RV space rentals and knocking on doors, disturbing my tenants. 

Scraping that wallpaper off and disturbing the paint underneath is probably a big no-no.

Remember most asbestos doesn't have to be addressed, unless you plan to disturb it.

As many of you know, asbestos only becomes a problem if you "disturb" it (for example if there is asbestos in something it only has to be mitigated if you change it out.)

You are inheriting tenants that pay 620 and 390 in rent per month and as the listing says, do not want to be disturbed.
