Jail time is a real deterrent for bad behavior and the situation would quickly correct itself.

This is, almost by definition, characteristic of cultist behavior and demonstrates a lack of critical reasoning skills.There is also the blanket "uneducated" statement that gets tossed around when the "liberal" one fails the acid test.

By tying it up in a contract, you prevent them from continuing to market it, and selling it to an actual buyer before a foreclosure wreck their financial world.Doing that with no intention of closing yourself if you cannot find a buyer is absolutely crappy behavior.  

They pretended to understand me but I could tell from their behavior that I wasn't making sense to them.
