I would have someone help you furnish/design (unless you are good at that)  and get professional pics - also get ring door/security cameras - smart lock - nest theromstat - Find a way to make your property unique or stand out somehow.

Depending on how serious you want to get it with it, you could do this yourself with a Ring or Arlo camera.

But that’s not nearly my craziest story....We had a tenant who ran an illegal gambling ring, the biggest one in Denver at the time until he got caught.

I too have a neighbor that has a ring doorbell pointed towards a tenants bedroom window.

@Alex ReinsmaI use a ring door bell, Schlage encode for door codes (I can set a new code each guests, cleaners, handyman, etc), Wi-Fi thermostat, etc.  

However I would suggest looking to the outer ring suburbs such as West Seneca, Cheektowaga, and  Tonawanda, where you'll find more C level areas, to begin your search.
