This small bit of money is all I have to get going,  I am disabled and desparately want to get out of the  "under $25k"  economic prison cell. 

A recent case went to the Washington Supreme Court where a learning disabled young adult was behind on taxes but not even going to foreclosure yet.

My husband is a disable veteran; because of his service I was given the opportunity to become a graduate of the EBV-F program.

I am disabled after a car accident took my vision in 2013.

PM client has a Contract of Deed with a tenant-buyer who made monthly payments for 1 year for the condo living in, with 29 years left til owns, but since 2 months has defaulted and is refusing to vacate due to severe health and disability woes.

But what i am seeking is funds to purchase and rehab say certain foreclosures to rent or flip to disabled or homeless veterans who have to ability to make payments using programs like VASH or VA benefits. 

We have spoken with the occupant and she claims she and her disabled son have been renting the palce for 4 months.  

The bathroom has the walk in tub which would be perfect for my friend who is disabled but there is standing water on the ground from a leak.

For the past 13 yrs I have worked supporting families who have young children with disabilities.  

One last note....if as you depart Active Duty and it's determined you have the slightest disability through VA determination you can have future funding fees with VA loans waived....just a few thoughts, read up!
