Anyone setup as an affiliate with OwnerRez?

Any local groups your affiliated with a suggest for new investors like myself?

I have used both the state-specific lease from Keycheck (Furnished Finder affiliate) and the state-specific lease from Avail.

I DO have my KS real estate license, but I still need to affiliate with a broker.

I think they may focus on larger MF and syndications, but I'm thinking it may still be a good networking opportunity since many investors have portfolios that overlap across several property types.I am not affiliated with the group, and this will be my first time attending this meetup, but it looks like it might be something useful to you.

The brokerage I'm considering has informed me that if I happen to find a buyer or seller before my planned start date in January 2024, I can promptly activate my license and start doing business.Another thing I wanted to ask is whether I should start printing my own business cards, even before affiliating with a brokerage.
