For the Affidavit of death, i decided to inhouse these with my sister just to save ourselves a little on the upfront cost (obviously after landing that first deal we will outsource because it takes way to much time).

My PM will use a handyman for some things instead of an outsourced contractor.

I am trying to outsource the work.

He's been in construction for 10 years and he's confident that he can accomplish 60-80% of the rehab with his construction buddy, and outsource whatever he cannot do. 

We outsource our bandit signs and I pick the locations of where I want them put up and track where the hottest spots are.

Obviously, I'm a little anxious on my first rehab that I've totally outsourced.
