We did what they asked -- had signs put up in the area to make it more safe, asked for additional police presence in the neighborhood because the neighbors feel "unsafe", invited all 20 houses to an open house to get to know us and address concerns, installed ring cameras, addressed parking concerns, the list goes on with actions we have taken to address the issues.........as of last night the planning and zoning committee denied us again based on the protest of the neighbors at the hearing. 

On the letter the number that I tell people to call me at is a "ring everywhere" number, and it rings not only on my cell phone, but also at a call center, that is staffed 24x7.

Tell the haters to kiss the rings....But seriously, I pay it no heed. 

Right now it's a gradual shift and I find myself hiring out more and more maintenance/repair chores (if I never change another wax ring on a reeking toilet it'll be too soon!).
