Hello,Has anyone experimented with outsourcing deal analysis and market analysis?  

@Mark Gallagher  real estate at this level is ALL about sales and marketing.. you can outsource the direct mail and all of that.. but then as my dad always said  RE is belly to Belly.. you have got to be able to close.. and many simply can't its not in their skill set

Maintenance as in remodeling, repairs, installation, etc.So, what level of property maintenance do you engage in, or do you just outsource it all to a third party contractor?

Why not outsource your education as well?

consistency and never stop outsourcing financing because we are getting cluttered with deals that we are having to wholesale

.- The construction crew (my W2 staff) belongs to my entity, so I'd have to "outsource" them to this new entity.But there are certainly some upsides to it, such as the cleaner connection between the two of us, not having to worry about putting the investor on the property as a second lien, etc.

etc.What can I do myself and what do I need to outsource? 

This area is such a beast in terms of a market, i really like it .The reason this one is exciting is that its my first closed deal that i completely outsourced the direct mail o!.

Cant be outsourced to anyone that isnt accustomed to dealing with it.
