I think that's also morally correct.

I have sent mail and tried cold calling the owners with the site address and numbers provided. no lucky yet. but the moral of the story is that you can find properties by adding to your daily workout routine! 

It is important to interview them, morals, ethics, and more to make sure it all aligns with you.

It is nice to believe that Bezos has some moral compass that transcends the almighty dollar, but I really doubt it.

I think making sure the sponsor is moral, ethical and honest is very important, but you also want to be sure they are operating a business properly and not just winging it.
