Lately, marketers' greed is overwhelming their sense of reason and rationality.

If you get good deals with good numbers and don't be greedy, the buyers will be there. 

Wholesaling is a sales game and a good sale person is an excellent communicator that truly understands their chosen industry (RE).The most important aspect of wholesaling it to BUY DEEP, be HONEST about your numbers, don't get greedy, and provide a VALUE TO YOUR BUYERS.

I believe that in seeing who voted for a post gives insight to the "vote traders" and makes it clear who liked the vote and perhaps why.
