Your family thinks it wastes time away from them ,the tenants think your evil and a greedy oppressor ,The city thinks your a profiteer trying to get bilk money from the townspeople.. my advice is don’t make it personal your just going to be let down when the tenant leaves you With no rent ,a dead hooker stuffed in the closet and  cat urine soaked carpeting 

The same has now occurred with the Team Lead who has shared that my Realtor lacked experience and may’ve had ill intentions of getting greedy with deals that they started to cut the Team Lead out completely.CURRENT STATEThe Team Lead has asked me to sign a new contract.

First, just because someone has a law degree and in good standing with any Bar Association absouletly does not mean that person is not a low life chiseling, greedy, unethical, scoundral using thier preceived expertise to guide others into acting for thier benefit.

I'm not greedy.

So, don't try to get greedy.  

Craigslist and local facebook buy/sell/trade/real estate pages.

The current tenant may not be out in time, there will undoubtedly be some cleaning or repairs that have to be done, you'll have to figure out what is old or new damage regarding new tenant - really, don't be so greedy.  

I am not saying you should be a greedy jerk, but I have sadly learned that this is one of those that it does not make you a bad person for holding to people to the agreements they made with you.

Which leads to the examination when figuring maintenance, did you find our going trade rates in the area?

That's how a greedy landlord operates, not a good landlord.
