I ended up with a guy with a drinking problem.

I'm about a week into real-estate investment learning and I've been drinking from a fire hose.  

Parking revenue, food truck space, Ice Machine space rental, Billboard potential, Go to month to month on part of your square footage.Do you have docks, check on Frito lay, power drink, flower, tortilla, Snap on Tool, etc distribution center.Solar panels for non NNN usageExpense reduction- hardscape landscaping, have your insurance company do a review, U-Haul- self rental location.

Pace puts out a lot of content, too, but it's like trying to drink from a fire hose.

I look them up and many times I find multipal posts of drinking and partying or other things I don't want going on in my place.

If they you're going to do right by their childhood home or empty lot where they used to drink beer and throw horse shoes you're a lot more likely to get the deal then someone who just came off the street with a checkbook. 

On week days when your friends or co-workers go out for a post-work drink, you'll likely find yourself saying no and going back to the house to work.There IS time to get it done on the side.

After spending 5 days a week with my colleagues at BP, including a handful who invest in real estate and are extremely passionate about what they do such as @Mindy Jensenand @Scott Trench , I slowly started to drink the kool-aid and understand how simple the formula is.

Drinks are nice and all, but its Food that gets people feeling the best and saying yes!
