Sounds like a great way to clean up some of the mortgage crisis mess if they can make the loan fairly simple to obtain!

Give it another 2 to 5 years and still no guarantees since with fiscal cliff we have looming issues with debt that is directly related to another issue the coming currency crisis.

That said, if we do make it through this crisis unscathed, deflation succesfully abates and institutions resume lending then we may see very low interest rates.

Based on history/cycles it seems gold has nowhere to go but up during a currency crisis (which hasn't really manifest yet, but seems inevitable).

The entire global warming scam is about making the American People believe that a crisis is looming so that they will permit the government to take their money through cap and trade.

I know we're going to soon hit a pension crisis.
