For everyone else's benefit, Jazmine is talking about subscribing to a service that will "rent" you an Authorized User account on a stranger's credit card for the purposes of improving your own credit report.

You can find the mailing address for properties online at MD SDAT assessment and taxation.  2)  Subscribe to a skip trace service that allows you to run detailed searches. 

I want to encourage all Long Beach flippers, landlords, wholesalers, brokers, contractors, insurance agents, attorneys etc to subscribe to this forum and make it as robust as possible about all things Long Beach. 

I'm posting in the introductions because I never "officially" introduced myself when I first subscribed. 

If you are fairly new to REI in general then I would start by subscribing to the BiggerPockets podcast and read the pinned forum posts on the main page.

Also can subscribe to sites like Intellius/Spokeo and look the person up that way.

Once you have your deal fully subscribed you can transfer ownership to the 506(b?)
