For a 360k, 2k/mo is not enough, unless you bought it for way below that, which I think you do, but to my understanding, if you can't rent it or have cash flow at outsourcing everything out at max value, it is not a good idea.

Hi @Dong Yan , I do a combo of self-managing and outsourcing.

But I want to outsource our financial analyzing and underwriting of our multifamily deals.I'm talking larger deals 100+ units, (not you 5 or 10 unit deals).Any help would be appreciated.

This property is only 5 minutes from my work, so it lends itself to being a fairly good property for self management, but yes, I do need to consider outsourcing this in the future. 

I plan on outsourcing the property management which I have been factoring in to my expenses.

I'm nOt handy and would have out sources everything.....I also decided that overseeing a  building project was outside my circle of competence and decided I'd rather stick with landlording!  

But I found a way to efficiently outsource majority of the work so I don't have to personally do it, thankfully.

@Candice Brown I found that it is so much easier to outsource the letters rather than printing and stamping them manually.
