Wall Street loves this environment, real estate Optimists vigorously arguing with Pessimists who tear away at the value of real estate and the soundness of owning and keeping it.It keeps us occupied debating real estate rather than turning our attention to  an equally important debate, the soundness of staying in Wall Street's products.I can live in my rental if necessary.I cannot live in my Gold, Bitcoins or Wall Street portfolio.

Your interpretation of that would be the cynical interpretation, optimists and apologists will point to the giant Fannie Mae database of appraisals, a database that did not exist to be cross referenced, as is currently the case, 5 or 10 years ago.
