If Newbies or self styled experts have great content, then super, it can stand on its own, but the people with documented experience and expertise are a very strong draw in my opinion (I share Brandon's view); they add great value to BP, so I like Brandon Hall's idea of earning your line, like a real award for a set number of posts or awards or some metric.

@Bryan Hancock I see you have been doing more due diligence on this type if funding and so this might not be news to you, but here is what I now know:The money can take a while to assemble because most investors do not invest until they have been awarded green card.

The dollar amounts with the eviction records are probably the "damages" (lost rent and other costs) that the judge awarded.
