I'm sure with their gardens the Japanese have some beautiful ones you can look at!  

I’m thinking of things like mowing the lawn, weeding the gardens, trimming the hedges and the like.

Ask yourself, what you want to drive by in 5 years and say "that's my legacy"...a vibrant, health focused, community gardens, natural foods, artisan cheese (and bread!)

- also - since you love cigars - I wonder if you're familiar with the Cigars LTD in the Fig Garden Village?  

The property is a 3 family with an owners garden unit and two 2BR apartments which need a full gut. 

I closed on #38 today. it's located in Redford, which is close to Livonia, Westland, Garden City, Northville and Canton. 

I am in the middle of negotiating on a 3 flat with an illegal garden unit.

I have a gardener that currently comes once a month to mow the lawn and trim the shrubs.  

Her desire to garden also struck a cord that no others did.

I will house hack my way through additional property improvements - over the next year I want to also expand the driveway and redo landscaping (dog run, garden beds, shade trees, pavers).
