Millions of people wake up daily and declare themselves STR operators.

Regardless of whether it qualifies as an emotional support animal or not, they did not declare the animal and have been hiding it. 

My question is: I have a home under contract in Kona that I would like to declare as my primary residence and use as a vacation rental but I also have a home and work on the East side so I would only be in Kona ~2 days a week.
