As the buyer, I'd want them gone, fix the place, raise it to just below market, & screen applicants with a fine-tooth comb (POSSIBLY have the place just a tad under market -- that lets you be a bit pickier about who you let move in, vs taking the first warm body that has the $).For me, MySmartMove has been really, really useful for screening.

All you need is a few busy bodies who want to make trouble and you are effectively banned. In the Florida Keys, all but 2 of the islands allow STR for 28 days or more - how many folks can actually rent for a full month?

( which there are funds you can do that , those funds allow U to call your money in 30 day increments.)

It will be nasty and it will be brutish and you will go home at the end of your very long days with your whole body aching and all kinds of stink up your nose.Having others do for you is not a feasible business strategy in the hood.

The body should have the following sections CLEARLY distinguishable from each other and the rest of the website.1) A good reason why they should read the body (unarguable logic does the trick for me)2) A good “how it works" recap (don't go elaborate here).3) Expectations (what can they expect if they choose you?).

Hi NA,Maybe the local Vigilante justice squad is sending a warning to one of your new renters or one of their visitors.Maybe they are shooting at a neighbors house and your rental is getting mis-aimed rounds.I'd assume step 2 (if the warning doesn't work) for this Vigilante squad would be to (try to) shoot the offender to death vs shooting at a SFH.Maybe then they will stop shooting at the house. They were not shooting at the SFH while you were installing triple pain windows and superior finishes (btw did you catch the lake reference I worked in, re Minn.).If they stop shooting at the house you have a $2k a month Hood Rental. If you keep it you might want to think about investing in some Mil Grade Body Armor and get ready to do the repairs yourself.Good Luck!
