I can tell your super frustrated with people right now. 

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and having your money all tied up.

It is quite frustrating for sure and there are no shortage of people who take advantage of others but, ultimately, unless there is significant money you are loosing ($25k+) from this due to their lack of disclosure, it usually isn't worth your time.

Hi Bigger pockets community,I’m seeking some advice on a frustrating situation we're dealing with.

Hard for anyone to fix but that but them so I can see how that is frustrating for sure.

What is frustrating is that hard money lenders are becoming just like banks with their processes as well. 

Pretty frustrated and really need help ASAP - would love if someone new what I'm doing wrong or if something is wrong with the site.  

Customer service needs to be from people that can actually help resolve a situation, not frustrate the guest to the point that they simply hang up.  

And I have a teenager once every few weeks walk the project picking up stuff that has blown around.. its frustrating..

I found this also frustrating sometimes investing in CA with all these left-wing policies trying to ask you not to do it.
