Is anyone ever skeptical when something like this is presented, like I've been looking high and low to find an ACH processor at a reasonable price, from a trustworthy company, and this pops up?  

I have three properties I am looking at wholesaling, but since I'm about an hour away I want a really savvy and trustworthy attorney that I can POA to sign off on the deals if I can't be present.

I have clients that always ask about that area and I'd like to get to know more wholesalers in that area that are trustworthy.  

Therefore, whoever is your PM needs to be so careful, trustworthy, and is always ensuring they do the best for you and your property.

It isn't fun being a newbie at this with little resources or trustworthy relationships.

Eventually, I want to have and grow my portfolio and will be doing this for 4 more decades.I do not have any network yet, except for a trustworthy realtor that I worked with 2 years ago when I bought my current home and an insurance agent. -- I will definitely have to work hard in this area.Maybe I'm looking in the wrong direction or asking the wrong questions?

That's the most important piece of the equation - trustworthy people who won't let you down.Hope all of that makes sense. 

I go and take photos, submit reports, they get an inspector to go by, and then close.Something I'd like folks to consider that is a bit against the advice commonly preached here - you don't need to see a property in-person if you have a trustworthy team working for you.
