There is a housing crisis where I’m from.

Leeds: similar themes as above, with the additional note that there was a building boom in the last crisis and so new builds lagged since then (until recently)4.

Now because of the “housing crisis”, they will *not* let you remove it! 

If you find yourself in disagreement with a decision or fine, it’s important to approach the situation calmly and diplomatically.

And we already have a major lack of lack of inventory since the housing crisis of ‘08.

I have been here through two full cycles, starting with the S&L crisis in the late 80s.

What is funny here, is if you look at almost any other city, during the housing crisis, there was a big dip.  

@Mike D'Arrigo   I don't think we're actually that far apart, I probably should have just been more diplomatic in my terms :-) I said 'giving away' but maybe a more generous man would have said "paying to."
