I decided to do it on my own and outsource the loss mitigation.

If it’s a sizable deal, outsource and spend that time saved making more money doing wear you like.  

Even I work with a private equity firm that has a proven track record of sales at 94% of BPO with 6K-8K homes nationwide at any given time.What this means to everyone is that the banks now have a developed infrastructure both internal and outsourced where they can efficiently liquidate homes into the retail market which leads back to the regulators.If the regulators let the banks sell, then we will likely see a lot more homes coming to market.

I know some of you out there have used elance.com to find some outsourced work for websites etc...I'm curious how did you decide which one to choose?

When did you decide to outsource answering, what service do you use, how much do they charge, how does it work etc.

It will be money well spent.The more you "outsource" your financial life to someone else, the greater the chance you have for the "dynamite" to explode in your face " well put Jeff S. ".  

After getting all these positive testimonials we wanted to try outsourcing it as maybe it would free up our time to look for more deals.They spent 30 days auto-dialing the wrong number.
