I’m VERY excited to be here to increase my knowledge and meet like-minded investors and entrepreneurs!

I'm a ULI member, and have been involved in helping them pivot the ULI Education classes towards entrepreneurs, from a longtime focus on bigger firms.

Step 1 Create list of cities/towns you may be interested in I am using statistics such as entrepreneur friendly cities, cities with increasing average wages and a list of areas I think may hold promise or which I have personal connection.

We are big in paying it forward, helping young entrepreneur's get started plus giving back to the community .

I have been helping others to become successful RE investors and entrepreneurs and this is part of what is holding me back.  

I bet you they didn't compare that college grad to a determined entrepreneur.
