For a quick example, I bought some BP shares two months ago when they were trading at $33.35 a share, I knew this was near the bottom, there was a lot of good news for the company ahead, they were talking about all the things they are planning on doing to cut billions of dollars a year and still be really profitable, so I knew this was a good company and if it gets in the $33 range again I will up my position.

It would be just like them to allow a ton of trade and commerce to take place where millions perhaps hundreds of millions or even billions of dollars would be generated only to jump in and hammer the entire industry right out from under the entrepreneurs who are participating in it.

There are a couple billion dollar mortgage settlements that would lead us to believe that the law may not pass all liability onto the MLO and absolve the Mortgagee based on MLO actions.

It's still not good but there is over 3 billion dollars of investments happening around cooper hospital. multiple companies are building headquarters in the city including American water which is the biggest water utility in the US, Subaru, Lockheed Martin, Campbell's soup.

Then that's when the economy took a dive and FHA had billions in losses from foreclosures and insurance claims from lenders.
