I am looking to put my three girls thru college, and even though I am way late to the game (they are 10, 12 and 18), I am optimistic that i can achieve this.A tad bit about me is, I am married and as stated earlier, I have three amazing daughters (yes, three daughters, God had a sense of humor with me).

Not Crazy, overly optimistic probably, Turnkeys are in the drivers seat in this cycle.

I have been very optimistic over the years but I can see very irrational spending lately. 

I'm an extremely optimistic guy, I hate saying 'never' or 'can't'.

We're closely following 2001 dotcom bust here, if we interviews most CEO I don't think they have optimistic view about the job market.

But I have a tendency to be optimistic with estimates cause I know how much and how long it would take if I were to personally do the work.It's a long shot, but I'm wondering if anyone wants to take a field trip with me tomorrow afternoon (Friday 2/26/16) to see the property?

I just wish local appraisers were as optimistic as our tax assessors who inflate (taxable) value beyond comprehension.A colleague spent 3 months & a lot of money rehabbing a classic old home only to have it appraised too low.

With any wholesale you want to do your own due diligence and analysis, I love all my wholesalers out there but sometimes the ARVs are a bit optimistic. 

So while there are contrarians like Jon mentioned, there are many more optimists.
