The sewer lateral was last tested in 2015 according to reports available and at that time the line from the city sewer to the curb was damaged, this is about 25 feet.

Recently I've found some great homes that appear to be in good shape functionally (newer HVAC and solid roof /structure) but don't have the aesthetic "sexy" curb appeal.

How would you make sure your investment has curb appeal throughout the year?

People who own their homes, whether they are million dollar properties or trailers will do more to upkeep the property, add curb appeal, continue regular maintenance, and care for their community as a whole in the long term due to their investment in the area.

To attract better quality tenants, it may be worth it to have professional photos of your unit taken, really focus on curb appeal, and make sure your unit is priced fairly.

Over a few months, I've gotten rid of the trouble tenants, rehabbed the units, and am currently improving curb appeal.  

You need to put on your landlord pants and put their butts on the curb.

I believe this will greatly increase curb appeal, tenant experience, and overall value of the property.2.

Will be removing a one car driveway in one area, filling in the area with grass, adding back a curb (and one public parking space) and then installing a 2 car wide driveway.
