With that being said, I'd take someone on section 8 if they met all other criteria to rent.

But generally you can rent an adjustable metal pier at Home Depot, raise the beam a few inches, remove the bad pier and insert the new one.

Are metal roofs eyesores?

I know its got a metal roof, concrete floor(which are heated), and has 6 bays with separate vacuum station.

Most places want metal seperate.
