Does anyone here in the forum know much about how long it usually takes for a real estate attorney to get a court approval from foreclosure trustee and the Superior Court after filing a Motion to Substitute Purchaser?

Now I’m just captivated by the slow motion train wreck it has become.

Without the new law, an uncontested case can go from start to final judgement in 4-5 months if the plaintiff attorneys file timely motions/set hearings as opposed to months of inactivity.

The time constraint really is not that bad once you have everything in motion.
