You have Ravendale who is an absolute warzone, then going up Connor heading towards Outer Driver is nicer.Both would be outside my comfort zone doing Detroit investing.My standard thing I'll say: spend some money on exterior lighting(dusk to dawn, motion sensor, high powered lighting).

If a borrower is in BK then the bank likely will require a BK discharge / dismissal or a motion to sell prior to or while in the short sale review to continue moving forward.

Have your borrower sign this document upon application and then again at the closing table.Never use a 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application.

Just some food for thought as you're going through the motions :) it is absolutely negotiable, before you close the loan.

Does anyone here in the forum know much about how long it usually takes for a real estate attorney to get a court approval from foreclosure trustee and the Superior Court after filing a Motion to Substitute Purchaser?
