Some of these pod casts cherry pick great deals in my opinion.

Hello everyone,I feel like I've been stuck in the whole analysis portion of realestate, from reading books, watching pod cast and now joining the bigger pockets forums. with that being said how did you all get out of the "analysis paralysis" portion of investing. what made it easier for you?

I have been reading BP for sometime now and been learning tons from pod-casts and forums.I really appreciate your input and ideas on how to invest in WA, I would love to learn more and get my first deal sometime soon.My preference is to buy and hold small multifamily units for cash-flow.

I have learned so much since finding the bigger pockets pod cast and I am so thankful for the extensive education and thought provoking content provided ny the two awesome hosts, David and Rob as well as all their great guests. 

That & the fact that you chose to save $75 on dinner but are missing out on tens of thousands because doors are getting slammed in your face because you are known as a goober, lol.Jim as you have schooled me over the years about how all this internet and SEO stuff works.. looks like the 5 buck Gold millionaire shot himself in the foot letting this friend of his post that.. or maybe he asked her.. or maybe he was not aware.. but if he mentioned it on a pod cast.. boy oh boy. that is something..

I have noticed the same thing, but chalked it up to the increased volume of posts combined with people not reporting them/ the mods not seeing everything.
