If these are condos your going to have a lot of soft costs as you will need to have a legal team draft condo docs and declarations as well as have one hell of an insurance policy since 99% of condo developers get sued (in most cases it’s because the association figures you will settle as it’s cheaper to settle).

All other factors considered, in a C type property, with a candidate like this, with the income and available funds to rent, stable job history, I personally wouldn't reject them just because of bankruptcy.Questions about eviction if someone declares bankruptcy during their tenancy with you are for your attorney.One last thing to keep in mind:  banks will consider lending purchase money mortgages to someone who is out of bankruptcy 2-3 years to buy a house.

The property is held by an LLC and would just love to shut the company down, have it to declare bankruptcy and be done with any liability on the place, but I don't know if that is an option.

Retail is approximately equal, Haverhill likely has a slight edge in primary and secondary education, proximity to NH is fundamentally equal, and the age, vintage, and quality of the overall housing stock, I would declare to be neck-and-neck.

Everytime I see 2 or 3 muscle or old school cars I stop and stare at them until they are out of sight, my son does it too, as does just about everyone else since they are great to look at and usually pretty loud compared to the hybrids you are used to seeing in Cali.

Sometimes I think perhaps the best thing that could happen to Baltimore is it declares bankruptcy and a receiver is appointed to take it over.
