There are tons and tons of resources on here to get your launched into RE investing or jobs in RE.

Only thing I would add is the people I know who do hard money lending have said it's getting tougher getting those high rates and points with the hedge funds launching all these funding programs.

You can only learn so much from videos podcasts and books.I am also in the  beginning stages of launching a wholesale marketing campaign to try and find off market homes that still have some meat on the bone for me and the cash buyer I assign It to.
