My philosophy is that trying to find the optimal location, the optimal investment, and the optimal moment to enter the market is a giant waste of time and energy.

The apartment that I lived in just after that in Houston has gone up by $900/month in rent in that same time period (not to mention the giant disparity in value).

Real estate is like a giant octopus with so many tentacles and connections.

what about the giant kaiser that is planned for theh next 10 years, the big stadium coming , the high speed rail in 5-10 years and the tech jobs moving in? 

@Marc Knapp if you can find a property near Sleeping Giant that is basically where the main campus is.  

I won't host high shedding dogs or giant ones.

But yes, I anticipate it being a giant pain to do. 

I focus on Columbus, Ohio, which has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

When your last name is Hinz's or Hilton, you may be an "Investor" where all you do is hand out giant piles of $, to get even bigger piles of $ in return, THAT'S an "Investor".
