He has a 16 LITER giant bottle of $2,000 wine sitting on the floor in the dining room and the temperature causes it to cook inside the bottle which then ejects the cork spilling 16 liters of red wine onto 90 year old reclaimed hardwood floors.

My philosophy is that trying to find the optimal location, the optimal investment, and the optimal moment to enter the market is a giant waste of time and energy.

The apartment that I lived in just after that in Houston has gone up by $900/month in rent in that same time period (not to mention the giant disparity in value).

what about the giant kaiser that is planned for theh next 10 years, the big stadium coming , the high speed rail in 5-10 years and the tech jobs moving in? 

@Marc Knapp if you can find a property near Sleeping Giant that is basically where the main campus is.
