This would get around a potentially giant tax bill when going to sell the home if she isn't otherwise subject to estate tax already.

We were often “ caught” and would flee the area .I’d love to report that having a better life owning fancy cars giant hone and multiple apartment houses erased all that but the guilt and shame of being poor doesn’t ever go away.

Definitely an area to look into as it has many tech giants moving in and help create new jobs.  

Cabins also look much better than giant hotels do in this area and maintains the integrity of the area.

Would be the least invasive and you'd hardly notice the vents vs a giant mini-split vent thing on the wall.
