Hey all, Recently bought a 3family in my home state of NY and am choosing to do most of the management on my own to cut my teeth and learn what I don't know before I outsource it in the future. 

Cut your teeth on 1 property first, figure it out, and then look to the future. 

But I also have a tenant who is 100% commission in an economically sensitive sectors so I know I need to look at the options for them and me.2. 

"Baby needs some shoes and Momma needs some teeth!" 

They are highly price sensitive, especially now that rates are being reduced for travelers.

For what it's worth, here in Scituate SF rentals are scarce as hen's teeth. 

It takes a few buildings to cut your teeth, but it's worth it and can really open up inventory in a tight market that we're in (for 2-4's in Chicago at least).
