They have been for decades.Because with such accounts the custodian needs to sign all documents and issue all payments, that 3rd party processing layer is a barrier to any time-sensitive investments.The alternative is to establish a Checkbook IRA LLC or Solo 401k, which will put you in control as opposed to the custodian.

You cannot get discouraged easily, and you can't be so sensitive that if a friend doesn't use you, you get your feelings hurt.

I think its just getting over the design which is so rad that its hard for folks to instantly like it.. but like I said you look at new lexus Honda etc they have those front ends that look like sharks teeth and some pretty bold features on the body..   

Dealing with contractors can be more difficult than pulling teeth.

Tell me if I'm missing something, but with real estate being ultra rate-sensitive I don't see how the fed can stop this self-eating snake if they are looking to stop shelter inflation.

I've researched and understand there are creative ways such as seller financing or just saving more money, but this a bit time sensitive.  

It was like pulling teeth asking for this.  

Interesting to see that talking to a tax professional about sensitive and case by case topics has become bad advice.
