Hello All, I'm still very new to to investing so excuse my lack of proper education. 

Closing is on the 1-31-19 in Redford MI (suburb of Detroit MI) and the contractor quoted a price of $6800 and wanted $4500 upfront I negotiated down to to $3200 but I am still a little uncomfortable.
