I opted to  provide my renters with a yoga mat, hand weights and the house pool is great addition to get some exercise! 

Buy a year membership at your favorite gym/rec center/martial arts center/yoga studio.

I think you should maximize the guests and maybe offer a small weight set and yoga mat. 

Food, shops, yoga studios and lots of people hanging around?

:)   I'm stubborn I really want FL  I want to eventually live in florida part time  but what I keep being told is everyone is heading to NC more bang for your buck  I think,  and I would like to say I did have other interests in my life besides realestate but until I reach my first goal I have no other maybe a little yoga. 

I actually golfed less and practised less to achieve that.

If you want to PM me any names and what state they are in, I'll happily pass it along to their state broker or somebody in corporate so they can handle the violations and hopefully coach better practises.

And the vision of surprising my parents with a yoga retreat or an overseas venture definitely keeps me going!
