Not to mention the entire interior of the house was painted periwinkle purple, but that's a whole 'nother story, lol

The agents I've worked with are usually very good at presenting great properties for couples that could fall in love with the neighborhood, the updated kitchen, or the unique purple siding, etc.  

Purple is negative.

Find a breach of the lease (change locks, storing stuff in garage when not permitted, painting the walls purple. . .) and slap em with a 5 day notice to cure or quit.Then start the eviction proceeding.

When I click on a purple dot in the Mapview I get a spinning wheel from the craigslist server.

Walls and ceilings of one bedroom were EGGPLANT purple.

I'm the guy who tries to get all the purples and light blues on the monopoly board.

Can anyone advise on how to best use this map for my situation (i.e. focus on the orange/yellow/purple etc)?

@Jerry Padilla yes, while it needs a little work, primarily cosmetic (you should see the paint colors, someone was a big Clemson fan - bright purple and orange!) 

Lastly even with a big deposit make sure you stress approved paint colors if they are dead set on painting purple then make sure you hold deposit not the title company and make sure you have enough to repaint if they back out.
