I work a regular 7-4, and I can tell you that unless you plan to hire out everything (management, maintenance, accounting/bookkeeping, inspections, etc) you will probably spend between 2 - 4 hours a week managing a handful (<5 properties).

We used to use Cozy prior to having a Bookkeeper who uses Rent Manager, but otherwise you can just use Venmo/CashApp/etc for easy online payments.
