We have some C-class 6-plex buildings in a pod in Fargo ND. 

I also recommend listening to the bigger pockets pod casts they help and do the home work necessary.

@Taylor Cu  there are 250 or so folks that did pod casts I am not so special.. but I do believe wholeheartily as someone who grew up in the bay area.. that I would do everything I could to get a property in the bay area and house hack is a perfect way.. way before I would venture to other markets..once you have that accomplished then go hunting for more.

A loan mod is granted when: the Borrower can qualify and it benefits the trustee of the note.

I used the list of Physician Loan Providers from the WCI's (mentioned in Account Closed comment) and removed any that did not loan to Pods or in PA.

Get information, read books, listen to pod-casts, go on youtube, and yes, check in with your brother and identify one or two developers that you can bring value to in the form of free work, and "intern" for them!
