I was merely trying to compare the net worth at an end of a 15 year period by using a pure mutual fund strategy (within one rental) versus a mutual fund plus 10 rental strategy.

In regards to analyzing a property, is this merely a “run the numbers” analysis or are you looking at neighborhood growth, school ratings, crime, etc.?
