Today I just coordinated a delivery of a washer and dryer to a local non-profit.

I have friends that use to work at bars and now they work for companies like heb grocery store delivery service for folks that would rather have their groceries delivered..which is in huge demand.I am not selling anything though.

Several risk factors - downturn in tech (right now big data is solution to everything just like online delivery in 2000), gridlock in Washington (if Dems gain control in the fall) or double down tumpnomics (if GOP hold on).Exhibit b - I give you Sydney Australia 2016 and London 2016.

The delivery may just not be that great... 

I been doing delivery on the side making like $350 a week on average.

Even easier now with all the online grocery ordering with pickup and delivery.

That unit is only 11x14x6 inches & our highest monthly electric bill was $48 (& $23 of that is the std monthly delivery charge) & that's with everything electric & a/c running. 

And this would be a unit that for example the mail delivery person in the CBS segment would probably be able to afford and would work well for her.Similar story at my triplex,  which I recently learned due to zoning changes there I could theoretically build 3 more units while preserving the existing structure, enough parking for one space per unit, and actually INCREASING green space on the lot.   

Those that are surviving the pandemic have had to establish a delivery service that they didn't have, so people could order.In addition, people not wanting to go out have increased their online spending, which has led to the unfortunate closing of other brick and mortar stores. 

Look at what food delivery services have done to squeeze restaurants.
