@Chris Seveney  Scott actually personally contacted me and wanted me to watch the lastest program that he did.. seems like a very genuine guy.. and its loaded with content.not being in the note buying business and or NPN business it was not anything I wanted to spend time on personally.. but I bet that would be a good place for @Mike Landry to start ...

It's a nice area, so I expect vacancy to not be more than 10%.I've spoken to the agent/seller a couple times and he seems to be a genuinely nice person.

I'm so impressed by the men and women on BP who are tremendously successful but take the time to share what they know, provide specific examples from their own dealings, and take a genuine interest in everyone's questions - with no thought to, "what can I get out of this".

In my experience if you're friendly, non-pushy, and seem genuinely interested in improving the neighborhood, most people will be nice.
