I am a small fish, who is a value-oriented customer (I want great value at great price!)

We're currently using Zoho Creator to manage our leads but need something 'task oriented' to manage those leads that turn into deals.

The IRS does provide a list of assets that are explicitly prohibited, life insurance, S-Corps, and collectibles (Art, rugs, jewelry, cars, alcohol, non investment grade/Bullion precious metals, etc.)

The education is just so you know when they're actually doing a good job or just blowing smoke.To get an education, look through the free AdWords certification material.To find a pro, shoot for something more than just a one-man shop (you won't get the attention you pay for most of the time), make sure they have experience in real estate, and get and check references, etc.Learn to use conversion tracking effectively (a real pro can show you how to do this... if they don't, next.)Make sure to map your leads back to reported "conversions" - some disparity is normal, but if it's off in a big way, that's a red flag you'll want to look into.Learn to ask good, performance-oriented questions of you manager.

While I do appreciate your help on this, I'd rather not get into why I dont feel I need to pay top dollar to an ex that lives with her mom, dad and two sisters and doesn't do anything with her life productive other than drink and live in the ghetto, makes my son wear the same underwear for 3 days straight, avoids bathing, has a house with a floor made out wood and old worn out rug from the 80's etc.

We can only hope for welfare reform soon to lessen the rampant welfare abuses that happen all the time, including under the rug jobs and welfare babies.

I think you did the right thing and it shows you are customer service oriented.

I understand that being an agent probably has a higher salary in general, but home inspection is less customer service oriented which is a plus.

You want to furnish it as you would your own place, including rugs, lamps, decorations.
