Most people go out for dinner on valentines day at 6 PM, not tell their landlord they can't come down then say well I will be naked on my couch at 6 PM.

You might just as well ask me if the dinner you ate tonight would have tasted better with more salt. 

The upside is, you don't have show to an office everyday, but the downside is issues arise when you are on vacation, sitting down for dinner with family, and any other inconvenient time you can think of.I didn't buy until 2017, I spent almost two years saving capital and educating myself before I felt ready to pull the trigger, so it took about 4.5 years in total to hit my cash flow goal.

Same as if you can’t afford an expensive steak dinner.... ya don’t go in and order one.  

If one person cooks dinner, does the other person do the dishes?

My brother got a listing we are going to look at after dinner.  

Or, they could go with a house that is 5 bedroom for $400 a night, have a back yard and a place to have dinners together and have a lot more privacy than a hotel.Or a college reunion, or a wedding group and so on.They save money and get better accomodations by pooling their money.
