It can be expensive as they will need to drill a lot of holes, insulate it, then you have to pay a drywalled to come and patch the holes.Both of these combined has helped tremendously with noise though, we barely hear our downstairs guests.

I agreed to let him put on these camera and he also agreed to patch up and uninstall them when move out, but he fail to do that.

I think you need to account for that in-order to know your return It was recently renovated (new paint and carpet/HVAC), so when I looked over the property I noticed it might need a new gutter/downspout out back, possibly a new rubber roof (or patch) and some odds and ends.

They'll need to calk the trim and patch the nail holes on the trim.For exterior painting after the windows go in but I also wouldn't recommend painting on the hottest day of the year.

These are my 2 favorites in the last 7 years.1 hour- Dead petrified cat in the middle of the living room, removal of dead cat3 hour- tenant stated live racoon dropped through ceiling while watching tv- repaired hole in soffit and patched/repaired drywall

With the cracking going all the way to the roof line it's going to be a very expensive repair and not a matter of just patching the hole.
